WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND
CONDITIONS
A.
Damage caused by improper
installation , mis-use
, unrepaired engine mounts,
front suspension components or
chassis components, collision with any object ,
collision subject to
Comprehensive Insurance Claim.
B.
Striking with undue force
- Eg; impact with kerb, median
strip , pot-holes, “silent
cops”, chicanes speed bumps or
any other traffic control
devices or road hazards.
C.
Fitment to vehicles
modified beyond Manufacturers
Original Specifications -Eg;
raised or lowered suspensions ,
oversize rims and or tyres ,
.non-original turbo or
supercharging , fitment of
higher capacity motors than the
chassis was originally designed
for.
D.
Fitment to vehicles used
in Race , Rally, Speed or Time
Trials or Abnormal Off-Road use,
or for Abnormal Loads .
E.
CV boots must be fitted
correctly and kept in good order
– No Warranty will be considered
for damage to CV joints as a
consequence of impact with
sticks ,stones,animals or any
other road hazard. CV joints
must be filled with an
appropriate grease, retained
with a proper steel CV boot
clamp and serviced according to
Manufacturers Specifications.
F.
Any
component subject to a Re-call
or " Do Not Sell " advisory,
from the issue of such advisory
and before such advisory is
lifted .
G.
Purchase of a CV joint or
Driveshaft Assembly implies
acceptance of these conditions
WARRANTY CLAIMS.
NO ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY
WILL BE MADE BY ANYONE OTHER
THAN THE PROPRIETOR OF THE
COMPANY .
NO FURTHER RESPONSIBILITY FOR
LABOUR ,TOWING OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY
WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY.
AT THE COMPANIES DISCRETION ,
PARTS FOUND TO BE FAULTY MAY BE
REPLACED “ 2 FOR 1 “
The CV joint or Driveshaft
assembly subject to a Warranty
Claim must be returned in as
complete a state as possible –
CV BOOTS AND ALL COMPONENTS
MUST BE RETURNED FOR
INSPECTION

A CONCISE description of
the fault is required and date
of fitment documented .
“FAULTY” AS A DESCRIPTION WILL
NOT BE ACCEPTED
·
Will only be considered if CV
joints or Drivshaft Assemblies
are received in as complete a
condition as possible .Original
CV boots must be included and
all components returned for
inspection .
